主要职责:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. 区域内制药,政府实验室,第三方检测等客户的开发和维护;
Regional customers development and maintenance
2. 积极寻求新的业务前景,挖掘客户需求及购买愿望,介绍自身产品的优点和特色;
Aggressively pursue new business prospects, excavation customer demand and purchase desire understand our products and serve customers to highest level
3. 协助团队完成潜在客户的意向调查,资料的收集与整理;
Assist the team to complete the survey of potential customers, collect and collate information
4. 提供准确、及时的月度销售额预测;
Submit accurate and timely monthly sales forecasts
5. 能够优先安排实现销售目标,具有良好的时间和区域管理能力;
Ability to prioritize activities that achieve sales goals, good time and territory management skills
6. 协助经理对各项销售事务的安排及执行,完成上级交给的其它工作;
Assist manager to arrange and implement the sales affairs, finish other work from superior
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
1. 分析化学相关专业,本科及以上学历;
Analytical chemistry or related majors, bachelor degree or above.
2. 至少3年以上色谱仪器使用经验或耗材销售经验;
At least 3 years' related experience in chromatographic usage or consumable sales.
3. 热爱销售工作,具有独立的分析和解决问题的能力;
Enthusiastic in sale, have the ability to analyze and solve problems independently
4. 较强的沟通能力及团队合作精神;
Solid communication skills are required, and have teamwork spirit
5. 熟练使用OS办公软件,例如:Word、Excel、PowerPoint;
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
